The show was toking about how the Omega 3 fatty acids can help to improve our health, concentration...blah blah....

Quite shocking. Research shows that those countries which consumed less fish had more cases of depression than those countries which had consumed more. Not only this those ppl who ate more fish than the others had lesser chances of getting heart attack.

This is the info that i get from the net......
Extracted from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Omega-3 fatty acid

Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids classified as essential because they cannot be synthesized in the body; they must be obtained from food.

Important omega-3 fatty acids in human nutrition are: α-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Chemistry
For detail on omega (ω) nomenclature and numbering, see EFA Nomenclature.

Chemical structure of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential omega-3 fatty acid, (18:3Δ9c,12c,15c). Although chemists count from the carbonyl carbon (blue numbering), physiologists count from the omega (ω) carbon (red numbering). Note that from the omega end (diagram right), the first double bond appears as the third carbon-carbon bond (line segment), hence the name "omega-3"

The term omega-3 (aka "n-3", "ω-3") signifies that the first double bond exists as the third carbon-carbon bond from the terminal methyl end (ω) of the carbon chain.

Omega-3 fatty acids which are important in human nutrition are: alpha-linolenic acid (18:3, ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5, EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (22:6, DHA). These three polyunsaturates have either 3, 5 or 6 double bonds in a carbon chain of 18, 20 or 22 carbon atoms, respectively. All double bonds are in the cis-configuration, i.e. the two hydrogen atoms are on the same side of the double bond.

Structurally, omega-3 fatty acids are helically twisted, because every cis- double bond, separated by a methylene group, changes the carbon chain's direction. This configuration may explain a host of biological phenomena observed in structures that are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially the lipid bilayer of the cell membrane.

Daily values
As fats are macronutrients they are not assigned recommended daily allowances. Macronutrients have AI (Acceptable Intake) and AMDR (Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Range) instead of RDAs. The AI for n-3 is 1.6 grams/day for men and 1.1 grams/day for women[1] while the AMDR is 0.6% to 1.2% of total energy.[2]

"A growing body of literature suggests that higher intakes of α-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) may afford some degree of protection against coronary heart disease. Because the physiological potency of EPA and DHA is much greater than that for α-linolenic acid, it is not possible to estimate one AMDR for all n-3 fatty acids. Approximately 10 percent of the AMDR can be consumed as EPA and/or DHA."[2]

There was insufficient evidence as of 2005 to set a UL (upper intake limit) for n-3 fatty acids.[1]

Researchers believe the ideal omega-6 intake should be no more than 4-5 times that of our omega-3 intake. The National Institutes of Health recently published recommended daily intakes of fatty acids, specific recommendations include 650 mg of EPA and DHA, 2.22 g/day of alpha-linolenic acid and 4.44 g/day of linoleic acid.

The greatest risk of fish oil omega-3 supplementation is heavy metal poisoning by the body's accumulation of traces of heavy metals, in particular mercury, lead, nickel, arsenic and cadmium as well as other contaminants (PCBs, furans, dioxins), which may be found especially in less refined fish oil supplements.[citation needed] For these reasons, the FDA recommends that total dietary intake of omega-3 fatty acids from fish be limited to 3 grams per day, of which no more than 2 grams per day are from nutritional supplements.[3]

Historically, the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) and the World Health Organization (WHO) have published acceptable standards regarding contaminants in fish oil. The most stringent current standard is the International Fish Oils Standard (IFOS). Fish oils that typically make this highest grade are those that are molecularly distilled under vacuum, and have virtually no measurable level of contaminants (measured parts per billion and parts per trillion).

Biological significance
The biological effects of the ω-3 fatty acids are largely mediated by their interactions with the ω-6 fatty acids, see Essential fatty acid interactions for detail.
A 1992 paper by biochemist William E.M. Lands[4] provides an overview of the research into omega-3 fatty acids, and is the basis of this section.

The 'essential' fatty acids were given their name when researchers found that they were essential to normal growth in young children and animals. (Note that the modern definition of 'essential' is more strict.) A small amount of omega-3 in the diet (~1% of total calories) enabled normal growth, and increasing the amount had little to no additional benefit.

Likewise, researchers found that omega-6 fatty acids (such as γ(gamma)-linolenic acid and arachidonic acid) play a similar role in normal growth. However they also found that omega-6 is "better" at supporting dermal integrity, renal function, and parturition. This led researchers to concentrate study on omega-6, and it is only in recent decades that omega-3 has become of interest.

In 1963 it was discovered that the omega-6 arachidonic acid is converted by the body into pro-inflammatory agents called prostaglandins,. By 1979 more of what are now known as eicosanoids were discovered: thromboxanes, prostacyclins and the leukotrienes. The eicosanoids, which have important biological functions, typically have a short active lifetime in the body, starting with synthesis from fatty acids and ending with metabolism by enzymes. However if the rate of synthesis exceeds the rate of metabolism, the excess eicosanoids may have deleterious effects. Researchers found that omega-3 is also converted into eicosanoids, but at a much slower rate. If both omega-3 and omega-6 are present, they will "compete" to be transformed, so the amount of omega-3 present is directly related to a decrease in the rate of eicosanoid production.

This competition was recognized as important when it was found that thromboxane is a factor in the clumping of platelets, which leads to thrombosis. The leukotrienes were similarly found to be important in immune/inflammatory-system response, and therefore relevant to arthritis, lupus, and asthma. These discoveries led to greater interest in finding ways to control the synthesis of omega-6 eicosanoids; one way being, of course, the consumption of greater amounts of omega-3.

Health benefits
On September 8, 2004, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration gave "qualified health claim" status to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) omega-3 fatty acids, stating that "supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease."[3]

A 2006 report in the Journal of the American Medical Association concluded that their review of literature covering cohorts from many countries with a wide variety of demographic characteristics failed to demonstrate a link between omega-3 fatty acids and cancer prevention.[5] This is similar to the findings of a review by the British Medical Journal of studies up to February 2002 that failed to find clear effects of long and shorter chain omega-3 fats on total mortality, combined cardiovascular events and cancer.[6]

In April 2006, a team led by Lee Hooper at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK, published a review of almost 100 separate studies into omega-3 fatty acids, found in abundance in oily fish. It concluded that they do not have a significant protective effect against cardiovascular disease.[7]

The above stands in stark contrast with two different reviews also performed in 2006 by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition[8] and a second JAMA review[9] that both indicated decreases in total mortality and cardiovascular incidents (i.e. myocardial infarcts) associated with the regular consumption of fish and fish oil supplements. Of particular importance is that no or very few complications were documented.

Research in 2005-06 has suggested that the in-vitro anti-inflammatory activity of omega-3 acids translates into clinical benefits. Cohorts of neck pain patients and of rheumatoid arthritis sufferers have demonstrated benefits comparable to those receiving standard NSAIDs.[citation needed]

Those who follow a Mediterranean-style diet tend to have higher HDL ("good") cholesterol levels.[10] Similar to those who follow a Mediterranean diet, Arctic-dwelling Inuit - who consume high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids from fatty fish - also tend to have increased HDL cholesterol and decreased triglycerides (fatty material that circulates in the blood). In addition, fish oil supplements containing EPA and DHA have been shown to reduce LDL ("bad") cholesterol and triglycerides. Finally, walnuts (which are rich in ALA) have been shown to lower total cholesterol and triglycerides in people with high cholesterol.[11]

Health risks
In a letter dated October 31, 2000 entitled Letter Regarding Dietary Supplement Health Claim for omega-3 Fatty Acids and Coronary Heart Disease, the U. S. Food and Drug Administration Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, Office of Nutritional Products, Labeling, and Dietary Supplements noted that the known or suspected risks of omega-3 fatty acids may include:

Increased bleeding can occur if overused (normally over 3 grams per day)
The possibility of hemorrhagic stroke
Oxidation of omega-3 fatty acids forming biologically active oxidation products
Increased levels of low density lipoproteins (LDL) cholesterol or apoproteins associated with LDL cholesterol among diabetics and hyperlipidemics
Reduced glycemic control among diabetics
Suppression of immune and inflammation responses, and consequently, to decreased resistance to infections and increased susceptibility to opportunistic bacteria
The following risks have been attributed to the FDA but are not mentioned in the above letter:

A significant potential risk is the possibility of vitamin poisoning from taking large doses of supplements which contain large quantities of vitamins (particularly vitamin A) in addition to omega-3 fatty acids. For this reason, the primary source of omega-3, if taken as a supplement, should be from fish body oil and not from a fish liver based oil.

Warning for persons with CHF
Persons with congestive heart failure, chronic recurrent angina or evidence that their heart is receiving insufficient blood flow are advised to talk to their doctor before taking omega-3 fatty acids. It may be prudent for such persons to avoid taking omega-3 fatty acids or eating foods that contain them.[12]

In a congestive heart failure, cells that are only barely receiving enough blood flow become hyperexcitable. This, in turn, can lead to an increased risk of irregular heartbeats, which, in turn, can cause sudden cardiac death. Omega-3 fatty acids stabilize the rhythm of the heart by effectively removing these hyper-excitable cells from functioning, thereby reducing the likelihood of irregular heartbeats and sudden cardiac death. For most people, this is a very good thing and accounts for most of the large reduction in the likelihood of sudden cardiac death. However, for persons with congestive heart failure, the heart is barely pumping blood well enough to keep them alive. Omega-3 fatty acids may eliminate enough of these pumping cells that the heart is no longer able to pump sufficient blood to live, causing an increased risk of cardiac death.[12]

Dietary sources

[edit] Fish
The most widely available source of EPA and DHA is cold water oily fish such as salmon, herring, mackerel, anchovies and sardines. The oil from these fish have a profile of around seven times as much omega-3 as omega-6. Other oily fish such as tuna also contain omega-3 in somewhat lesser amounts. Consumers of oily fish should be aware of the potential presence of heavy metals and fat-soluble pollutants like PCBs and dioxins which may accumulate up the food chain.[15] Some supplement manufacturers remove heavy metals and other contaminants from the oil through various means, such as molecular distillation (see above), which increases purity, potency and safety.

Even some forms of fish oil may not be optimally digestible. Of four studies that compare bioavailability of the triglyceride form of fish oil vs. the ester form, two have concluded that the natural triglyceride form is better, and the other two studies did not find a significant difference. No studies have shown the ester form to be superior although it is cheaper to manufacture. [16][17]

Although fish is a dietary source of omega-3 fatty acids, fish do not synthesize them; they obtain them from the algae in their diet. For this reason, there is often a significant difference in EPA and DHA concentrations in farmed vs wild caught fish.[citation needed]

For full report on the above research,
pls go to :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omega-3_fatty_acid

For more sources:
http://sg.search.yahoo.com/search?p=Omega+3&sm=All+The+Web&fr=FP-tab-web-t&toggle=1&cop=&ei=UTF-8
http://sg.search.yahoo.com/search?p=omega+3+benefits&rs=1&fr2=rs-top&sm=All+The+Web&toggle=1&ei=UTF-8&fr=FP-tab-web-t

But not all OMEGA thingy is good for health......Just like Omega 6 which is not so good to our health....As a matter of fact, we take in more Omega 6 than Omega 3....
And we should take in Omega 3 even though Omega 6 does have some wellness for our health....

Omega-6 fatty acid

If u have any other more comments, opinions regarding this topic. This year more plans will be allocated for this blog. Currently we are planning to recruit topic writers. So for those who are always interested to comment or feedback about the stuffs under the sun. Welcome and feel free to email me @ lwg55@hotpop.com.
Hopefully this year will have more ppl knowing about this topic blog and the rules are still the same.. If u wish to comment onto any racial or offensive or some stuffs which can land you into trouble, pls dun blog it over here even though we had said that we will not be responsible for any comments being made on this topic blog...As you can see some countries are not practising free will of speech.. so do exercise some cautions when writing topics. I as the owner and the founder of this topic blog would like to say Happy 2006, take care.

US Katrina

Hmm.. so for a start.. my singlish is better than English.. so in any case u all , readers do not understand.. haha.. either to correct me.. or try ur best to get another friend to “encode” the sentences..

With the recent “happening” in USA... Therefore they didn’t do much of the thing..

I seriously dun understand how people at the top level are thinking…
They rather to spend more money on “rescuing” the aftermath rather than before it happen..

They have the damn lots of resources; manpower, technology, MONEY to do the job (most prob evacuation).

Yes.. u might be wondering if that’s worth of it..

Based on the reports, warnings, experts had already been guessing it is going to be the worst hit ever… speculating the financial and human loss… etc..

Precaution methods

Is good to evacuate all of the people by force (dun meant by physical means.. hmm.. dun know how to explain this part)..

And even if the hurricane didn’t hit hard enough as what was predicted.. is a cheer to everyone (to those ppl whose property wasn’t hit).. and at most.. it takes up ppl’s time of 2 or 3 days..

Of course not to forget some repairing work to do…

Let’s compare with the aftermath method:

Lives of more than 150+ are gone…  resulting in more insurance payout, mental problem may arise from the victims’ families…

More resources to utilize  ppl got stuck.., more work to do.. and definitely more funds to help solve this aftermath of the hurricane..

To summarize... and to all readers out there.. I think this is a very simple maths..
I think the resources they pull in for the rescue operation is definitely much more expensive and time-consuming than the “precaution methods”

All in all to say.. I am very disappointed with the outcome and response of the US government.

And is down to the same old thing of the Sept 11.. in which if u all watch this movie “Fahrenheit 911”… the CIA/FBI (not sure which agency) submits a report of the coming terror report to BUSH (aka grass bush), but he ignores it.. and the outcome ?.. all right.. I believe all of u knows … causing worldwide panic.. causing war.. causing the high prices of Petrol…

And yeah.. talking about Petrol.. why didn’t this time round (BUSH admin era), that OPEC talk something? Before bush came to the sit, the OPEC will keep assuring the ppl throughout the world that the oil prices will very much maintain around the then-cost-per-barrel price??

Is so horrifying that the prices keep rising every moment.. even when we are sleeping… and reading this now!

What happen to their authority? Controlled by US? There’s a possibility over there.. I dun know.. what about UN? They seem to lost their power too. What happen to the countries that sit in UN council..? can’t they do anything.. I dun quite believe so.

Of course.. if every individual country thinks that they can’t stop US because they are one of their main economic development partner, then it wouldn’t work. On the other hand, if those countries that oppose to what US did, and help out one another in everyway, I dun believe the US will continue to do what they want do..

The war, the increase in oil prices.. etc….. to those ppl who thinks that the increase in oil prices has nothing to do with the US govt….. then u have to rethink again.. when I show u this URL : http://www.youngpap.org.sg/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=6297 and there are more links to bring u to more facts.. so that’s the end of it..

Will be talking about osama and his terrorism next time..

Da Da Da signing off.....

Dear all, if you have any topics to tok about feel free to send to lwg55@hotpop.com

Disclaimer: All Characters are fictitious. Why is there a upward trend towards MLM?? Why are there so many youths turning towards MLM as their right business choice?

Is it safe to dabble in the unknown? because currently, MLM is relatively new to the Singapore market.

MLM. When we hear that our friends have joined the dreaded, n most feared MLM (company), and when we know that they are 'hoping to meet up with us after so long of absence', we turn tail n run as if Hell is after us.

But seriously, have you ever sat down n thought of what really is MLM? Have you or are you in the MLM business? Are you the 'predator'? Or are you the 'prey'?

Well, to give you a definition of MLM. Basically it's Multi Level Marketing. It's a business strategy tt grows in depth; layer after layer. And it's somewhat similar to Network Marketing, where the main resource is people.

I have found that MLM is actually an ordinary business that everyone can do. BUT. it's the company that you choose that will define your views and mind set of the MLM business. There are currently so many MLM companies out there right now. Most of us, would have come across the products that they are selling. Be it Essential Oils (Aroma Therapy), Skin Care Products, Toothpastes, Health Care Products, etc.. Some of us might even be using MLM products unknowingly.

After having said that MLM business is a can do, i must stress that it actually depends very much on the company that you hav been exposed to. The thing to take note of is the Business Strategy. As in, the promotion status. How is one supposed to climb up the MLM ladder in the company in order to earn BIG BUCKS. If you hit the quota, you go up, if u do not hit the quota, you drop one level down, and have to slowly climb back up again. Whereas, there are some MLM companies that have a better strategy, where one climbs up the ladder, but even if they are inactive, they still remain where they are, there are no quotas to hit, it's Own Time, Own Target, Fire. If you don't fire, you don't get income. As simple as that. Logical right?

But the interesting thing about MLM is that, if you've down 'lines' below you, as in, you have recruited people into the MLM family, and if they are active (i.e. working - and working hard), you'll be earning commissions. Not much. But it's like an incentive to you for bringing them in and grooming them. MLM is actually very much a group effort. Everyone has to help one another, uplines to help downlines, downlines to help uplines. In this way, revenue will then come in. And IF anyone ever says to you that MLM business can earn big bucks EASILY, that person is bullshitting. NOTHING comes easy.

Another thing about MLM is.. Why the fear of MLM and their Distributors?? What's so scary about MLM?? Actually, there's nothing at all scary about the MLM company. In fact, the products that these companies can be really good and effective. But it's just the Distributors of these companies that are scary. They go ALL OUT to GET YOU. Yup. They'll pester you till you feel like murdering them. They are RELENTLESS. >.< It's actually because of these people that we have a phobia for MLM. It's those few rotten apples in the basket that brings down the image of MLM.

But then again. Even if you do not want to join the companies, it's good to know what MLM is about. So, if you have people/friends/family approach you regarding MLM, and invites you to join their talks, you might want to consider going. BUT. don't restrict yourselves to only one company. Go to a few diferent MLM companies, hear what they have to say, (usually it's the same stuffs) but want you want to hear, is their Business Strategy. How one is supposed to climb up to the top. That will be interesting. And of course, it will arm you with the relevant shield to 'defend' yourselves when being bombarded by MLM Distributors who refuses to acknowledge/understand the words "I am NOT interested."

We believe that there are many questions that all of you readers out there have about MLM. Therefore, we hope that anyone with any questions regarding MLM, to post your queries and comments onto this blog, and we'll do our best to find out and answer them to the best of our abilities. People who are thinking of joining a MLM company, please find out more information about the companies that you want to join. make sure that u know all abt their promotion basis and marketing strategy and business strategy and EVERYTHING ELSE before you make a decision. Like what was previously said before, DO NOT restrict yourself to only one MLM company. Look around, observe other MLM companies, you might find a better and more profitable company to join.

Before we end, if readers find that what's been mentioned in the above is untrue, please feel free to speak.

Anonymous signed off.....

Dear all, if you have any topics to tok about feel free to send to lwg55@hotpop.com

Disclaimer: All Characters are fictitious. Enough publicity for the Charity Organisation (U will know if u have read / keep up with the news regularly), i will not said wat organisation will there be.
Abbv used in this topic:
Charity Organisation : CO

Well this few days had been quite a tough period for the people over @ CO. Quite a long story huh...It all started when the CEO of CO wanted to sue a senior reporter of a certain newspaper. Some supported him, some wanted him to step down....

Imagine he earns $25,000 a month and received 10 - 12 mths of bonus for the past 3 years. Sometimes flies on FIRST class on business trip...etc..And wat's his position as in the organisation? CEO....So how you think about it?

Is he using the organisation's fund or does he deserves it? Oh well back on the neutral side.. Well indeed the organisation had helped a lot of it's patients which is good but wat about some other patients who went to seek help from them and got rejected in the end? Just imagine wat can u do with his salary....will be back on this after a few passage..

The next day after the news were exposed, their HQ was vandalised by some angry donors? Spare the wordings on the wall. More stuffs were revealed. His Car Perks, non disclosure of outside business interestes and paid directorships. The CO was also shown to have led the public to believe that their reserves could last only for 3 years when there was enough for 30yrs and overstated the numbers of patients by 1000.

After two days of court hearing, the CEO finally withdrew the lawsuit..Some might think why dun u wanna sue them for defamation? Guilty is it...Yesterday newspaper had published a VIP said that $600,000 a year is peanuts which had caused a big HOO-HA among the readers.

Up till today, a total of 3,800 donors cancelled their GIRO donations. And there was donors asking the CEO to step down or else they will withdrawn their donations. And there was this Guy who created the online petition to ask people to sign the petition to ask the CEO to step down.

Coming back to his salary as said earlier, someone calculated how much help can we have if he donated his 3 yrs salaries. $1.8 million in total, buy 360,000 patients bloodlines for one dialysis session each, each patients 72,000 weeks worth of injections to prevent blood clots, and 36,000 Child-life therapy sessions.

How much transparency is required for Charity Organisations?
Will u still make your contributions after wat had happened?
Do you want the CEO to step down?
Tell us wat you think about the issue.....

The online petition site : http://www.petitiononline.com/nkfs/petition.html
up to now it had a total of 35436 Total Signatures and it is still increasing just like the counter over at the charity show...still jumping..

Disclaimer:
All Characters are fictitious. Well for the past few days not much free to write anything and also trying hard to think how am i going to write my first topic? Think i gonna heck care but then all the topic listed on this blog does not represent the thoughts and thinking of the owner...Think u will be very fustrated to see this disclaimer everytime u come to this site... Not to waste anymore time..let us start the ball rolling......

What do you think when u heard these words? homosexuality, gay, lesbian? (Doesn't mean the same?) So how will u feel? Prejudice against them? 排斥them? Or do you accept them? Treat them as normal? Well no one knows rite only you.

In case you dunno the meaning...here they are:
Homosexuality: Sexual orientation to persons of the same sex.
Gay: Of, relating to, or having a sexual orientation to persons of the same sex.
Lesbian: A woman whose sexual orientation is to women.

Well actually kinda of weird to come out with this as my first topic coz few weeks ago or maybe one month ago to be exact..the following words had been coming out during my conversations with my friends esp campmates...

Also kinda of shock to actually find out that my camp had a lot of so called AJs (dun really koe the meaning, dun be offenced for those who are reading) and mostly comes from a stayout unit and a small amount comes from my unit...WAT? my unit?!!! Actually the first time i heard i was not convinced it took me about 1 year plus to be convinced.

First rumours, somewhere in 2004..Someone from my unit declared that he is a Gay (AJ). Win liao...Somemore he declared it during an overseas mission...Shit!!! And also he released that someone in my battery or company (to some knowledge), One of the vocation based personnel is also a Gay.. Well that's how the whole thing started..

Second rumours, few months after the first one, heard from someone from external unit (also in my camp) also tell mi the same thing...and somemore he released the particular name..I was like my goodness...we are with him for the past 6 - 8 mths...

PS: Until this point of time, if you felt offenced to this topic or the wordings used. Please kindly leave this blog / site now. To prevent any misunderstanding. If not kindly scroll down... Thanks

But then at that time we are still guessing... I think if i'm not wrong only mi and a few ppl knows..(But i dun koe how they knew). Until one day when we were chatting in the bunk, someone said that he saw C (Take the person name as C) with some mature guy over at orchard and they were acting quite weird ..Then i got curious so i ask him how many ppl knew liao.. he said mostly my bunk n other bunkmates already knows..I was like stunned .. but then jokes are being created around in my bunk but dunno whether C knows or not.. Well life still goes on normal, i still treat C as my friend normally..doesn't treat him specially even though i knew about the thing..Actually nothing much lah..Still the same old person lor just that the sexual preferences is different from the others...

Well actually how did the AJ (who is in the first rumour) knew? Maybe we gave him a name / nick lah.. so called him L lah..Well L is the sort of chiongster who likes to go n chiong every weekend as long as no duty..He likes to patronise some Gay Bar.. and he co-incidently saw C over there and C told him not to tell anyone about it.. But then L told the particular person who told mi this..

And the particular person who told mi this (call him F lor), F was also in some other rumours about he is also a Gay..Win already..Wat happened? why most of the ppl i knew is Gay even though some did not declared but F got a bad habit, he likes to suspect n called ppl "closet" kind one..Not so good lah...But he also damn suay...He named kanna brought up in some gay site and spreading that F is a gay.

And when he brought this thing up to mi , this wat leads me to start this topic as the first one...

Well it's now your turn.....Kindly give your comments on how you think about them n how u would treat them? If you have stories to share kindly email them to me @ lwg55@hotpop.com. Pls provide your nick / fake name and your stories.
